Programme Overview

Our graduate programme offers a rotational experience across different areas of the Bank. Each of the three rotations is built to help you develop the critical skills needed to accelerate your growth and career progression.

Throughout the programme, you'll strengthen your management, interpersonal, and technical capabilities while contributing to business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll be empowered to explore new experiences, collaborate across teams, and support transformation initiatives aligned with our Group strategy.

The Opportunity

  • You'll gain practical experience across key disciplines, including Data Science, Data Visualisation, Data Engineering, Project Management and Business Analysis.
  • Opportunities to work with colleagues across various levels and divisions, helping you build a strong professional network.
  • Access to our Digital Academy and Mentorship Programme, offering guidance and insight into future career paths.
  • Regular engagement with senior leadership, including the CEO and Executive Committee.

What You'll Gain

A tailored Graduate Development Programme combining virtual and in-person training, covering topics such as relationship management, business promotion, presentation skills, and financial well-being.

A flexible hybrid working model that gives you the best of both worlds, combining home working with access to our network of offices and agile hubs across the country. Most hybrid roles require a minimum of 8 in-office days per month, with specific arrangements confirmed during the recruitment stage.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree (achieved or expected) in any subject area.
