We are currently searching for a graduate to join us in our Business Development team to bridge sales support, commercial contract administration, client onboarding, and assisting with general admin tasks within the department. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
About Us
Brookhouse Aerospace produces a range of composite structures, producing monolithic and sandwich parts from a range of materials, including carbon fibre composite, glass, and Aramid cured by autoclave. Brookhouse Aerospace also manufactures sheet metal fabrications and machined metal parts, fully supply kits, and integrated assemblies. Specialist capabilities include a full range of surface treatments and dedicated Spares and Repairs capability.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Sales and Opportunity Management
- Support the business development team by preparing and formatting sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain an accurate up-to-date database, including lead entry and tracking progress.
- Preparing documentation and support follow-up communications.
- Help execute marketing campaigns through various media such as LinkedIn posts, magazine articles.
- Assisting with reporting and business reviews.
- Liaison with existing and new customers in person via meetings, email, and phone.
Commercial Administration
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of commercial proposals, tender documents, and contracts.
- Support pricing analysis and proposal development in collaboration with key departments.
- Review contractual documentation with the help of the Business Development Director and the company Legal counsel.
- Track contract lifecycles, including renewal dates, milestones, and deliverables.
- Liaise with finance to support invoicing, setting up new customers, and payment tracking.
- Assist with onboarding new customers by preparing relevant documentation.
Operational Support
- Assist with coordinating internal communication between business development and other key departments.
- Assist with organising meetings, reporting cycles, and planning sessions.
- Maintain accurate files and documentation including contracts, proposals, and other projects.
- Attending and supporting internal and off-site customer meetings as necessary.
- Attending and supporting offsite events/air shows where necessary.
