What you’ll be doing

You’ll embark on a transformative journey with six-month rotations across your two-year programme. Whether you’re drawn to marketing or the commercial aspects of our business, you’ll gain exposure to all areas.

During your programme, you’ll learn how different departments operate and gain firsthand experience through rotations within our consumer group:

• One creative role within our marketing teams

• One numerical-based role in our trading discipline

• One role in each of our TV and connectivity commercial businesses

From day one, you’ll be trusted with meaningful, high-impact projects. Dive into complex and challenging tasks, such as developing mobile sales plans, leading consumer research initiatives, or creating marketing campaigns for brand-new shows.

What we’re looking for

Education: You’ll need to be finishing (or have finished) a degree. We’re not looking for a specific subject — we want people who are curious, full of ideas, and ready to get stuck in.
