About this programme
About this programme
On our Business Strategy programme, you’ll spend two years working across different teams — from Marketing and Strategy to Trading and Commercial. You’ll take on real projects, like planning a campaign, analysing customer data, launching a product or helping define our five-year strategy.
What you’ll be doing
In your first year, you’ll complete two six-month placements within our Consumer Group. These will give you a broad experience across different types of work — from supporting the launch of new content or exploring audience insights, to working with data to understand performance or contribute to commercial strategies. Each placement is designed to help you build a well-rounded skill set and discover where your strengths and interests lie.
In your second year, you’ll choose two more placements based on what interests you most. You could explore areas like Women in Sport, Insight & Analytics, or Commercial Content Strategy. Whatever you choose, you’ll be solving real business challenges, learning from experts, and building skills that’ll set you up for the future.
This programmes’ alumni have gone onto become a Proposition Manager, Marketing Manager, Commercial Manager and Trading Manager
