Business Management

Our Business Management programme is designed to ignite a spark in our leaders of the future – supercharging your skills in everything from project and people management to strategic and analytical thinking. Embedded in one of our consumer brands, you’ll have a direct opportunity to impact our operations – championing customer experience at the heart of our business.

This programme consists of 3x9-month placements (27 months) across our UK or Ireland offices so you must be willing to relocate during your placements. We provide a Welcome Bonus of £3,000 to help you do this. Our core sites are Windsor, Stockport, Leeds, Leicester, Cardiff, Edinburgh, and Uddingston in Glasgow. The programme will include roles in Field Services, Customer Fulfilment, and Customer Operations. Exact working patterns will vary across the teams – with most spending between 2-4 days per week in an office.

Here's what we need from you:

• Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Masters)
• Willing to relocate
• Have the right to work in the UK at the start of employment
• Available to start the programme on 30th September 2025
