Under our Technology & Transformation business, Human Capital operates across four core teams: HR Strategy & Transformation, Organisation & Workforce Transformation, Major Programmes, and Actuarial, Insurance & Banking.    

This job description is for Transformation Activation Northern Ireland (TA NI) which sits within Organisation & Workforce Transformation.

Our TA NI team, also known as our Change Management offering, is the largest and fastest-growing multi-disciplinary Change Management practice in Northern Ireland. We partner with clients to deliver the critical people, behavioural, and culture change essential for successful technology and digitally-enabled business transformation. Our expertise spans the entire transformation lifecycle, from strategic assessment and planning to comprehensive delivery support.

You will have the opportunity to work with elite clients across diverse industries, including:

What skills and academic qualifications do I need?

You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum of 104 UCAS points (if gained after 2017 – or 260 if before) from your top 3 A-Levels.

As part of the BrightStart programme you undertake a 4-year degree programme studying Business Technology at Ulster University in Belfast.

What kind of work will I do?

As a BrightStart within our TA NI team, you will play an integral role in supporting the planning and delivery of people-focused transformation projects. Working in multi-disciplinary teams, you will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of change management activities, from strategy and planning to execution and embedding. You will have access to market-leading frameworks and methodologies that have been successfully implemented on high-profile projects, all while contributing to initiatives that place positive social impact at their core. 

In this client-facing role, you will work as part of a Deloitte Human Capital team, helping organisations solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful transformation. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and collaborative environment. 

 Your responsibilities could include:   

• Work as part of a team to help clients implement new technologies, improve the employee experience, and enable their people to adopt new ways of working. 

• Help tackle complex business and people-related challenges by gathering insights, exploring ideas, and contributing to practical recommendations. 

• Build strong relationships with team members and clients, working together to deliver successful outcomes. 

• Assistin delivering key activities, such as preparing materials, supporting workshops, and helping to ensure projects stay on track. 

• Gain hands-on experience with Deloitte’s proven frameworks and methodologies, andapply them to real-world challenges. 

• Develop an understanding of how emerging technologies and creative approaches can make a difference in transformation projects. 

• Collaborate with Deloitte colleagues on internal practise and business development opportunities to help improve our business, 

• Take opportunities to showcase your contributions and grow your professional skills as you begin your career journey.

Where will I work?

At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.
