About the Role
Our Internal Sales team ensures continued customer growth by creating new sales relationships with businesses across over 90% of all industries.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Calling prospective customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Generating new leads
- Working closely with wider field sales teams to book on-site customer demonstrations
- Maintaining and improving the CRM database
- Attending trade shows and exhibitions

Working with different size companies from SME to Blue Chip, you will gain exposure to engaging with exciting businesses across multiple industries.
Lead generation
Gain an in-depth understanding of lead generation strategies and approaches. You will develop a variety of soft and hard skills.
Industry training
From day one you will receive industry-leading training, learning a mix of commercial skills while gaining an understanding of some of the world’s most innovative products.
Stakeholder management
Working closely with high-performing sales teams and managers, you gain a direct understanding of working in a corporate environment while having the opportunity for direct mentorship.
Benefits
- Total Salary – £24,700 (£22,000 base plus £2,700 per annum Location Allowance)

While this is a temporary position until June 2026, there is potential for it to develop into an opportunity to join our Business Development Graduate position on a permanent basis once you have completed your University studies.

- Undergraduate in any discipline (Must be mid-degree, not mid-masters)
- Must be eligible to work in the UK by the time the role commences.
