- Provide data, insights, and analysis to procurement, supply chain, and other functions to support business performance reporting.

- Support strategic initiatives that are critical to Synthomer’s future growth.
- Evaluate market conditions to help coordinate and secure significant business deals.
- Champion innovations that sustain the ongoing success of Synthomer.

What We’re Looking For
- A relevant business or technical degree
- Strong commercial awareness and a growth mindset
- Interest in the B2B chemical manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to structure and resolve complex challenges
- International mobility and adaptability
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
