Job Description

The Programme

We are offering graduates an 18-month rotational programme across Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, and Commercial. You will spend time working in each of these departments, spending time on the phone in sales, dealing with customer queries, and managing their accounts. In each rotation, you will also spend time working on projects and getting management experience.

This role will be based full-time at our Crewe HQ, with an opportunity to spend up to a month in our Galway office.

At the end of the programme, you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent role as a Team Manager.

The aim of our programme is to attain a strong pool of talent across the business that will become the company's future leaders in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, and Commercial so our aim is that you will continue to progress.

Qualifications

What experience/skills/attributes do you need?

  • Degree in any subject achieved or expected.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adaptable and resilient.
  • Dedicated.
  • Committed to continuous professional development.
  • Experience of working in a Sales or Customer Service environment is preferable but not essential.
