Primary Role:
Support the Commercial Team (Sales/Brand/Category Management) with both internal and external administrative requirements. These could include, but are not limited to:
- Promotional planning and account administration
- Debit note processing and tracking
- Range review planning e.g. new Line Form inputs and submission or category recommendations
- Coordination of new product development (NPD) documentation
- Execution of shopper marketing plans and management of budget
- Submission and approval of packaging artwork via the AAF artwork management platform
- Purchase order administration
- Customer brand day preparations
- Ensuring all monthly data, insight preparation and reporting is completed in full and on time
- The creation of insight to support knowledge and understanding
Make sure you always operate in line with GSCOP and Competition Law and our brand owner contracts. Constantly review processes and procedures within the role and make recommendations for improvement. Be an active and vocal member of the team. Continuously learn and develop skills, knowledge, and experience to fulfill the short and long-term objectives of the business.
