The programme is designed to give you hands-on experience across the commercial real estate industry, helping you develop practical skills while gaining valuable insight into how a leading firm supports its clients.

You will be exposed to multiple areas of commercial real estate, allowing you to apply what you have learned in your studies to real-world projects.

  • Contribute to valuation appraisals, investment analysis, and development feasibility assessments.
  • Develop an understanding of asset management strategies and landlord/occupier advisory services.
  • Build commercial awareness within a multidisciplinary property consultancy environment.

Throughout the internship, you will work alongside current Graduates and Senior Professionals on live projects, giving you a genuine insight into what it is like to start your career at Newmark.

You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, expand your professional network, and learn from experienced industry professionals. You will be invited to attend networking and social events, helping you connect with colleagues across the business.

The Internship begins with a comprehensive first-day induction, where you will be introduced to our services, clients, to ensure you feel supported from day one. During the internship, you will also collaborate with fellow interns on a group project, developing your teamwork, presentation, and communication skills. The programme concludes with a group presentation, giving you the opportunity to showcase your work and gain feedback from senior members of the business.
