Role Overview
The Community Partner Manager will support and manage high-potential YouTube creators across Spain and Italy. The role focuses on building a healthy creator ecosystem, increasing product adoption and helping emerging creators develop through scalable communications, community programmes and quarterly product bootcamps.
The position combines creator relationship management, project delivery, operational design, data-informed improvement and collaboration with Marketing and Product teams. It requires fluent Spanish and Italian to support regional creator relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of established and emerging creators across multiple formats, with a primary focus on Spain and additional responsibility for Italy.
- Host quarterly product-focused bootcamps that help selected creators adopt and promote specific products.
- Develop scalable communication plans for different segments of the YouTube creator community.
- Work with Marketing and Product teams on creator trends and campaigns.
- Analyse creator feedback and recommend or implement changes to products, policies and processes that improve creator satisfaction, participation and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least one year of experience working with senior executives, external partners and cross-functional stakeholders at different management levels.
- Experience in creative writing and public speaking.
- Experience in project management.
- Fluent Spanish and Italian for managing client and creator relationships in the region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with short-form video, long-form video, podcasts, live content or the wider video-creation ecosystem.
- Experience identifying and implementing improvements using data and insight.
- Experience with digital or social media.
- Understanding of and enthusiasm for content and creators.
- A collaborative working style, strong emotional intelligence and excellent writing and editing skills.
