About the Opportunity
VFX is growing our Compliance Operations team with multiple graduate opportunities. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, good judgement, and a genuine interest in compliance, risk, operations, or financial crime.

1) Onboarding Analyst
In this role, you’ll learn how regulated financial institutions verify customers, assess risk, and prevent financial crime before any money moves. You’ll review customer information, carry out KYC (Know Your Client) and due-diligence checks, and work with experienced colleagues to ensure every new client meets regulatory requirements, VFX’s risk standards, and the expectations of our tier-1 banking partners.
2) Transaction Monitoring Analyst
In this role, you’ll learn how financial crime risks such as money laundering, fraud, and sanctions breaches are identified in real-world payments and FX activity. You’ll review transaction alerts, analyse patterns and behaviours, and work with the wider Transaction Monitoring team to determine whether activity is legitimate or needs to be escalated for further investigation.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Mathematics, Law etc.)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured decision-making ability.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to build a career in compliance, financial crime, or fintech.
- Collaborative, with the confidence to work across multiple teams.
