About the Role

You’ll work closely with solicitors who specialise in all types of Commercial work but particularly alongside Louise Hebborn, Partner and Head of Department on fast-paced corporate transactions and commercial contract drafting.

Essential

  • A Law Degree or relevant legal work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A general good standard of education
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable

  • LPC qualification
  • Commercial law work experience
