The Team
Ready to turn what you’ve learned at university into a career in technology?
At The Craneware Group, we’re passionate about giving graduates the opportunity to learn, develop, and discover where their strengths can take them.
Our Graduate Program is a one-year rotational program designed to give you hands-on experience across different areas of the business, helping you build your skills, explore different career paths, and discover where your strengths and interests could take you.
Our program has previously included experience across Software Support and a range of Product Development functions, before moving into Software Development and gaining hands-on experience working with our technology and live projects.
Whether you already know exactly where you want your career to take you, or you’re still figuring that out, we’d love to hear from you.
You Will Be
- Building your knowledge and experience through hands-on learning and development
- Working alongside experienced colleagues and learning from different areas of the business
- Contributing to real projects and gaining practical workplace experience
- Developing both your technical and professional skills
- Building your confidence working within a professional, collaborative environment
- Exploring different career paths and discovering where your strengths and interests could take you
- Taking ownership of your development and making the most of opportunities to learn, ask questions and get involved
You Will Bring
We’re not expecting you to arrive knowing everything. That’s what a graduate program is for.
We’re looking for graduates who can bring:
- A genuine interest in building a career within technology
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive approach to your own development
- Experience of university, personal, or group projects that you’re excited to tell us about
- An interest in technology and how it can be used to solve real-world problems
Communication, teamwork, the ability to discuss projects, and an interest in professional development were also part of the criteria used for the previous Graduate Program recruitment process.
Your Career Starts Here
Our Graduate Programme is about more than securing your first role after university. It’s an opportunity to learn, explore, and build the foundations for a long-term career.
The program was established to bring fresh perspectives into the organisation while creating a structured environment where graduates can develop their skills and experience.
