Internship

About the Role:

At Ferrero, we create globally loved brands that bring moments of joy to people of all ages. Behind this success is a high-performing supply chain and customer operations function that ensures our products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Joining our Customer Analyst Internship means becoming part of a cross-functional team working across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance to optimize delivery performance and improve end-to-end processes. This internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, where data, collaboration, and continuous improvement drive customer excellence.

You will be treated as an integral member of the Customer Operations team, contributing to real business priorities while gaining insight into how Order to Cash processes, performance metrics, and automation initiatives support wider commercial strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Customer Analyst Intern, you will support a range of analytical and process improvement activities, including:

  • Conducting reviews of the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to reduce cost-to-serve while improving service performance.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (including OTIF and Minimum Order Value performance), analyzing trends, and supporting the development of actionable recommendations.
  • Enhancing reporting processes by leveraging Excel, Power BI, and automation tools to improve data accuracy, visibility, and efficiency.
  • Supporting AI and automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve customer service operations.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance, as well as external partners such as 3PL providers, to support improved collaboration and operational effectiveness.

This role offers practical exposure to customer operations, performance analytics, process optimization, and digital transformation within a dynamic FMCG environment

About You:

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, analytically curious, and eager to contribute within a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree-level qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong analytical capability are also welcomed.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working with data, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and KPI performance
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • An interest in supply chain operations and customer service excellence

Experience or awareness of Power BI, automation tools, or AI-driven platforms would be beneficial but is not essential. We value diverse perspectives and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.

Throughout your internship, you will receive structured support and development opportunities to help you build practical analytical and operational skills within a global organization.

Instructions:

Please ensure that your application includes both your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a Cover Letter. In your Cover Letter, we would love to understand what motivates you to apply for this internship and why you are interested in building your career within Finance or Marketing at Ferrero. We also welcome insight into the skills, experiences or perspectives you would bring to the team.

The deadline for applications is TBC

The selection process consists of three stages:

  • Screening telephone interviews: March - April 2026
  • Online testing: April 2026
  • Assessment Centre: April - May 2026

The internship will commence on Tuesday, 1st September 2026, and will run for 12 months. During this period, you will be required to work from our sites and offices as defined per role, as on-site presence is a key requirement of the program.

Right to Work Requirement

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom for the full duration of the 12-month internship at the time of application. This may include, for example, an unrestricted right to work or a visa that permits full-time employment for the entire program. In accordance with UK legislation, evidence of the right to work will be required before the internship begins.
