An exciting opportunity has opened in Bucharest with Kubrick. We are looking for high-quality graduates and early career professionals who are ready to launch a career in data & AI (but don’t yet have the skills or experience) to help support our clients with some of their biggest challenges.

Since 2016, we have developed more than 2,500 graduates and career changers, with no prior experience or degrees in data and AI, into high impact consultants delivering real results across industries.
Today, our Alumni are embedded across leading organizations worldwide. Some have transitioned into permanent roles with our clients. Others have progressed within Kubrick into senior positions, leading teams, delivering complex projects and driving large scale AI transformation programs.

How our program works
Our 2-year program ensures graduates and junior professionals excel in data and AI, through a blend of high-quality training, access to real-world projects with a leading brand, ongoing development, networking, career pathways, and the chance to make a difference from day one.

Remote, salaried training - Receive 15 weeks of remote, salaried training in high-demand technologies and key professional skills.

Impactful client projects- Work on real data & AI projects with clients in Bucharest, Romania post-training, where you will make a real impact from day one.

Ongoing support and development - Be supported by our team of trainers and Resource Managers and leverage our wide range of development resources.

Multiple career options - Join your client permanently after 2 years or continue building a career with us, giving you access to more clients, more projects, and more success.
Entry requirements
To be considered for our training programme, you must meet the below entry criteria:

A minimum 7.5/10 (or equivalent to a 2:1) in a STEM degree

Fluent English (C1 level or above essential)

High analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
-
Successful candidates must have the right to work in Romania without company sponsorship
Salary & progression
You’ll be paid a salary from day one of training, which will increase throughout your career with Kubrick:
Training: 90,000 RON annualised (monthly salary during training)
Associate (on client): 120,000 RON annualised
Senior Associate: 145,000 RON annualised

Apply - To submit your application, you must complete all required fields of the application form. Please ensure you select the correct form based on your residing country.

Video interview and assessments - At the first stage of the process, you will be invited to record a video of yourself answering 6 questions via our online assessment platform. You will be given an opportunity to prepare your response before answering each question, and can re-record your response if you aren’t happy with your first answer.
In the same platform as the video interview, you will need to complete two timed multiple-choice assessments testing your logical thinking skills and commercial acumen.
You will have five days to complete the video interview and assessments post receipt of invitation. More guidance on how to complete the video will be given when you log into the platform.

Recruitment team interview - If you pass the video interview and assessments stage, you will be invited to an interview with our in-house recruiters. The purpose of this interview is to walk you through the opportunity in more detail, answer any questions you may have about the programme or our training agreement, and assess your suitability.

Final interview - If you reach the final stage of the process, you will be invited to an online interview with one of our resourcing team members. The purpose of this interview is to assess your communication skills, understanding of the role within the wider context of the data and technology industry, commercial knowledge, alignment to our values, and situational competency.
