About this programme

Data powers everything at Sky — from what we put on screen to how we improve customer experiences. On our two-year Data and Analytics Graduate Programme, you’ll rotate across specialist teams, discover how data shapes decisions, and learn the skills that will define the future.

You don’t need a data degree, just curiosity, creativity, and a passion for solving problems. Whether you’re into numbers, patterns, or simply figuring out how things work, this programme gives you the chance to explore, experiment, and build a career in one of the fastest-growing fields.

What you’ll be doing

Across your rotations, you’ll explore the full spectrum of data and analytics at Sky, including:

  • Econometrics – Build models that help us understand behaviour and forecast the future

  • Advanced analytics – Turn big data into smarter decisions that improve products and services

  • Digital decisioning – Use data to personalise experiences and connect with millions of customers

  • Applied data science – Experiment with tools, automation, and AI to uncover new insights

You’ll work on real projects from day one, whether that’s creating dashboards, forecasting business performance, or finding new ways to improve customer journeys.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to be a data expert. We welcome graduates from all degree backgrounds. What matters most is your mindset:

  • Curious about data and enjoy solving puzzles

  • Analytical, with a talent for spotting patterns and trends

  • Clear communicator who can make complex ideas simple

  • Enjoy learning new tools and experimenting with tech

  • Like collaborating and bringing fresh ideas to the table

  • Curious, creative, and ambitious

If you’ve studied maths, statistics, economics, or sciences — great. If not, don’t worry. We’re more interested in your potential and passion for learning.

Right to work

To be eligible for this role, you must have the appropriate right to work in Ireland for the programme. Please note that Sky does not offer sponsorship for this programme.
