Entry Requirements

To join Kubrick as a Data Consultant we require:

• Minimum 2.1 degree in any STEM or Non-STEM subject (excluding Computer Science)

• Geographic adaptability

• A desire to work in the Data and AI space

After completing training, you'll enjoy salary increases every 6 months so long as you're hitting your performance targets. The below table outlines the typical salary beginning with the training period, throughout project work, and beyond

Timeline and Salary Progression:

• Training: £23,400

• Bench (post-training, before client engagement): £23,400

• 0–6 months: £32,250

• 6–12 months: £33,250

• 12–18 months: £42,500

• 18–24 months: £45,000
