Databricks & Palantir Analytics – Graduate Trainee

About hELIOS

hELIOS is the global Life & Health (L&H) administration platform designed to manage individual-level data across SCOR’s reinsurance business. The platform is built around three core pillars:

  • Business Administration – Streamlining treaty administration processes such as bordereaux management, claims referrals, and medical underwriting.
  • Operational Efficiency – Enhancing user experience with automated workflows, integrated systems, and consistent data processing.
  • Data Centricity – Delivering standardized, accurate, and accessible data to support decision-making in areas such as modeling, experience analysis, and knowledge management.

As part of the Forward 2026 strategic plan, hELIOS is being deployed across L&H markets (excluding the US and China) to support the administration of assumed and retrocession premiums and claims.
