Programme Structure
Our Engineering Graduate programme is designed to provide you with the best opportunity to learn and grow within our business. It's a two-year programme structured to provide you with two rotations across our Operational and Commercial functions, giving you unique insights into our business while supporting your professional development journey and leading you to a permanent role within our organization. Furthermore, we offer a suite of development programs to support your learning journey, which features a range of supports to assist you in your transition from student to professional.
Responsibilities
All successful candidates will assist with achieving Calor’s targets from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) under the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme (EEOS).
Business Function
1 year in Operations.
1 year in Commercial.
Requirements
- Candidates must have completed their engineering degree.
- Good understanding of engineering principles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Can-do attitude.
- The ability to work on solo projects and as part of a team.
- Agile thinker.
- Must be able to travel to Calor sites when required.
- Experience with AutoCAD/Office/Project.
- Own a full UK/EU driving license.
