On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme, you’ll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring.

What will you do?
- Engineering Excellence: Design, execute, and validate engineering projects while adhering to industry-leading standards and regulations.
- Project Management: Manage the lifecycle of new equipment, from design to installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration into operations, working with suppliers.
- Equipment Reliability: Enhance the performance, safety, and reliability of manufacturing equipment & utilities through predictive maintenance and lifecycle management.
- Smart Manufacturing Innovation: Drive efficiency and innovation using AI and digital transformation technologies as part of our digital transformation journey.
- Automation Expertise: Define and implement improvements, upgrade systems, and work with control systems and robotics technologies to optimize manufacturing operations.
- Digital & Data Expertise: Use data-driven approaches & data visualization techniques to monitor processes, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve decision making & operational efficiencies.
- Asset Management: Utilize techniques e.g., condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance, for optimal equipment performance.
- Problem-Solving: Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills (e.g., DMAIC/Six Sigma) to tackle complex challenges to improve processes and drive cross-functional collaboration.
