The Role
We are recruiting fluent English speakers to join our Summer 2026 Cultural Exchange & Language Immersion Programmes in Poland as English Conversation Facilitators.
This is a fully immersive, residential role where English is practised naturally through conversation, activities, games, and shared experiences. You will work alongside a Programme Coordinator and support participants as they develop confidence and fluency in spoken English.
No classroom teaching is involved.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured English conversation sessions

Support language immersion activities, games, and workshops

Encourage confidence, participation, and natural communication

Take part in daily cultural exchange discussions and group tasks

Assist the Programme Coordinator with session flow and logistics
-
Represent Angloville in a professional and positive manner
No formal teaching experience or qualifications are required.
