The Role

We are recruiting fluent English speakers to join our Summer 2026 Cultural Exchange & Language Immersion Programmes in Poland as English Conversation Facilitators.

This is a fully immersive, residential role where English is practised naturally through conversation, activities, games, and shared experiences. You will work alongside a Programme Coordinator and support participants as they develop confidence and fluency in spoken English.

No classroom teaching is involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured English conversation sessions

• Support language immersion activities, games, and workshops

• Encourage confidence, participation, and natural communication

• Take part in daily cultural exchange discussions and group tasks

• Assist the Programme Coordinator with session flow and logistics

• Represent Angloville in a professional and positive manner

No formal teaching experience or qualifications are required.
