Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our undergraduate placement schemes.

With placements across many areas, you will be part of the world’s largest licensor of intellectual property and have the opportunity to dive into the world of our iconic brands ranging from Disney, Marvel and Lucasfilm. You’ll play a crucial role to ensure our diverse product portfolio resonates with fans and reflects our storytelling perfection.

During this internship you will gain exposure to the lifecycle of our licensed products from concept to distribution. It will be your responsibility to showcase our brands by curating product catalogues and preparing compelling presentations about our products. You will also work collaboratively across internal teams to gather and share key information to support successful product development. You will also engage with external licensees, to ensure compliance with our high standards and creating visual reports to help with future product strategies. The internship will give you the experience in licensing and product development to grow your commercial and creative thinking.

Working in this remit will provide a phenomenal springboard for your future career.

Internships will be available across a range of our product portfolios such as fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, homeware, stationery and creative operations. If you have a preference for a particular internship, please state this in your cover letter.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

Eligibility

  • Must be a second-year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2026
  • Must have the right to work in the UK at the start of employment
  • Available to start working full time from June 2025
  • Interested in the area you are applying for; whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest

About you

  • A deep curiosity and passion for design and/or product development
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
  • Keen interest in Keynote, Creative Adobe Suite e.g. Illustrator and Photoshop required for some roles. Please include this as a skill on your application if relevant
