Think finance is all spreadsheets? Think again. At Sky, finance isn’t just about numbers — it’s about helping decide what we do next. From backing new shows to launching game-changing tech, you’ll be part of the team making smart decisions that shape the future of Sky.

Over three years, you’ll rotate through different areas of the business — like content, product, sales, and strategy — working on real projects that matter. You’ll learn how to manage budgets, build business cases, and use data to guide big decisions.

While you’re learning on the job, you’ll also study for your CIMA qualification — that’s the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. It’s a globally recognised qualification that helps you become a pro at making financial decisions in business. Sky will cover your study costs and give you paid time off for exams, so you’re fully supported.

You’ll also be part of a friendly, inclusive graduate community, with volunteering days, support networks, and lots of opportunities to grow.
