Looking for a Finance Graduate Programme? Turn numbers into impact at Tarmac!

At Tarmac, part of CRH, we’re not just crunching numbers - we’re shaping the future of construction and infrastructure. As a Finance Graduate, you’ll be part of a team that drives smart decisions, fuels innovation, and helps build a more sustainable world.

This is more than a graduate scheme - it’s a launchpad for your career. You will rotate through key finance functions, gain hands-on experience, and be fully supported as you work towards your ACCA or CIMA qualification.

What you’ll be doing

Throughout your time on the programme, you’ll rotate through different departments tailored to your strengths and interests. This means you’ll gain a broad understanding of finance and how it supports every part of our business.

  • Supporting monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Building relationships across finance and the wider business
  • Helping teams make informed decisions that improve profitability and customer experience
  • Using financial systems and tools to analyse performance and identify trends
  • Visiting operational sites to understand how finance connects with real-world delivery
  • Contributing to a positive culture by challenging processes and promoting continuous improvement
  • Taking part in our Graduate Core Skills Development Programme to build your business knowledge and professional network

Your Development

We’ll fully fund your ACCA or CIMA qualification, giving you the technical foundation and professional recognition to grow your career. You’ll be supported by experienced mentors and surrounded by a team that’s passionate about your development.

You’ll also take part in our Graduate Core Skills Development Programme, designed to boost your business knowledge, strengthen your soft skills, and connect you with other grads and leaders across Tarmac.
