TMS Global is a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith and, together with International Paper, they are a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions and other fibre-based products. TMS Global specializes in the outsourcing of retail display, print, and packaging for a variety of global customers. They are active in 97 markets globally and are made up of just over 300 people spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA, and NA.

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include working on financial and management reporting & analysis and assisting with the production of management accounts and monthly reporting at a local and group level. You will do this alongside the Regional Management and Assistant Management Accountants.

You will prepare financial schedules and accruals analysis, analyzing job margins to the central management system. A key part of your role will include analyzing costs to explain any variances from budget/forecast.

Supporting with budgeting and forecasting (including cash flow) will be another part of your role where you will assist the annual budget and periodic forecast process. You will also assist with the production and management of cash flow forecasts to share with the relevant shareholders.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier queries
  • Work on any adhoc projects as required, including the analysis of information and implementation of new customers/countries into the agreed operating model
  • Support the global financial statements audit
  • Identify areas where profit could be maximized through cost efficiency
  • Supporting the wider Finance function, as needed
