We’re looking for a newly qualified finance graduate to join our growing finance team — someone eager to start their career, learn quickly and help us build smarter financial processes as we scale.
The Role
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for a recent finance, accounting or business graduate looking to start their first role in industry.
Working alongside the Finance Manager and wider operations team, you will help support the day-to-day financial operations of the agency while gaining exposure to budgeting, reporting and commercial finance within a fast-growing marketing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day finance operations including invoices, purchase orders and expense processing.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Support UK payments as processes transition.
- Support month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations.
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices and statements.
- Assist with cash monitoring.
- Maintain and improve financial spreadsheets.
- Support finance team with month-end processes.
- Contribute to improving financial systems and processes as the business grows.
- Help the team with accounts reconciliation.
- Communicate with the wider team about the media plans.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
- Looking for their first full-time role in finance.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good Excel / spreadsheet skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Internship, placement year or part-time experience in finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, NetSuite).
- Interest in working in media, marketing or creative industries.
