  • Analysing costs and financial performance and supporting corrective actions
  • Reviewing P&L summaries, investigating anomalies, and communicating insights
  • Supporting fixed asset accounting, purchasing processes, and inventory activities
  • Participating in process improvement and cross-functional finance projects
  • Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain

Learning & Development

  • Enrolment in a recognised professional finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA), fully supported by the business
  • Structured on-the-job learning across multiple finance disciplines
  • Exposure to a global business environment and senior finance leaders
  • Ongoing feedback, mentoring, and development planning throughout the programme

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

  • Strong analytical skills and interest in building a career in Finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Willingness to work onsite in Witney and rotate across finance disciplines
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Commitment to completing professional finance studies during the programme

Desirable

  • Previous internship, placement, or work experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience supporting budgets or financial analysis activities
  • Exposure to a manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
