Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in finance?

Harbro Group is seeking an ambitious and analytical Finance Graduate to join our Finance team in Markethill. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and business intelligence while working alongside experienced finance professionals.

What you'll do:

• Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting activities.

• Assist in the preparation of management information and financial analysis.

• Develop and enhance reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards.

• Produce costings and profitability analysis across the business.

• Work closely with operational managers to provide meaningful financial insights.

• Support the development and monitoring of key business KPIs.

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the finance function.

What we're looking for:

• Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel, with knowledge of Power BI desirable.

• Confident communicator who can build relationships across all levels of the business.

• Proactive, driven, and eager to learn.
