As a Commercial Finance Graduate, you will participate in a 2 year development program, equipping you with the core competencies and leadership skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career as a Commercial Finance Professional. You will be provided with first hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organisation through job rotations within the Finance Function, namely Budget & Planning, Commercial Finance and Revenue Growth Management (RGM).

Qualifications

• Students that have recently graduated in 2025, or are due to graduate in 2026
• Finance and Accounting Degrees are preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive, adaptable and results-oriented mindset
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in a commercial environment
