The one essential requirement is that you're currently in the final year of your undergraduate degree, completing a postgraduate qualification, or have already graduated.

Your degree can be in any subject.

  • A curious, ambitious mindset and a willingness to learn.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with others.

  • Initiative and a desire to make a real impact in a fast-moving business environment.

Your application journey

Here's what to expect, step by step.

Step 1: Apply online

Tell us a bit about yourself, including:

  • Your personal details

  • Your degree

  • Part-time jobs

  • Volunteering experience

  • Projects and achievements

Once you submit your application, you'll receive a link to begin the digital assessment process.

Please note that you can only apply to one programme per year.

Step 2: Show us your skills

You'll complete two online assessments designed to help Sky understand:

  • How you think

  • What motivates you

  • How you might fit into the programme

  • Your numerical reasoning abilities

Don't worry, you'll have the opportunity to practise beforehand, and Sky will provide guidance to help you prepare.

While you may use AI to help understand Sky and prepare for the recruitment process, the assessments themselves must be completed without AI assistance.

Preparation Hub

The Preparation Hub includes:

  • Practice exercises

  • Insights into the assessment process

  • Stories from current graduates and apprentices

  • Information about your values and learning style

  • Guidance on careers that may suit your strengths and interests

Step 3: In-Person Assessment Centre

If you progress to the final stage, you'll be invited to attend an in-person assessment day.

You'll take part in activities designed to demonstrate how you:

  • Think critically

  • Solve problems

  • Work collaboratively with others

The day will also give you an opportunity to experience what it's like to work in Finance at Sky.

Sky will let you know when to expect a decision after the assessment centre has taken place.

Need support?

If you require adjustments during any stage of the recruitment process, let Sky know when you submit your application.

A member of the Early Careers team will contact you if additional information is required.
