What the scheme involves
Run over two days, our First Year Insight Scheme offers a broad insight into how a big, global law firm like Baker McKenzie operates, with structured sessions to introduce you to our various departments and the work we do.
We’ll help you develop your commercial awareness and understanding of what being a Trainee Solicitor involves. Then, through a series of group tasks and interactive workshops, start to build the core skills you need to succeed in the role.
You’ll be allocated a Trainee buddy, who’ll be there to offer you advice and support. There’ll be plenty of networking opportunities too. You’ll also benefit from one-to-one sessions with our Graduate Recruitment & Development team.
