What You'll Do

As a Food & Beverage Management Graduate, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • As a Food & Beverage Graduate, you will work towards becoming a future leader of our hotels! You will spend 12 months learning every aspect of the Food & Beverage Division while shadowing our leadership team.
  • Whilst you will spend 12 months in two of our operational departments (two rotations of 6 months each) such as our bar, restaurants, or with our Events Operations team; you will have the opportunity to be involved in other aspects of the business such as employee events.
  • Each graduate will also receive a buddy and a mentor to guide them through their year with us.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Food & Beverage Graduate, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:

  • Monday to Saturday: 06:00 - 01:15
  • Sunday: 06:30 - 01:15

What You'll Bring

Essential Skills and Experience

  • A university degree
  • A passion for Food & Beverage
  • Advanced to Fluent in the English language
  • Good verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Strong ability to upsell products
  • Customer service/hospitality skills are advantageous
