You will join us as a Food & Beverage Placement student, undertaking a one-year rotational placement across our Food & Beverage operation. This role offers hands-on experience across our restaurants, bar, and conference & banqueting spaces, giving you a broad understanding of hospitality operations while developing practical skills in service, guest interaction, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate across Food & Beverage outlets including restaurants, bar, and conference & banqueting
• Deliver warm, attentive service to guests across a variety of dining and event settings
• Develop strong product knowledge in food and beverage offerings
• Support restaurant and bar service, including table service and guest interaction
• Assist with conference and event setup, service, and breakdown
• Support banquet service including plated meals, canapé receptions, and drinks service
• Assist with conference refreshments, buffets, and meeting room setups
• Follow service standards, health & safety, and food hygiene procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying a relevant degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management
• Passion for delivering positive guest experiences
• Interest and enthusiasm for Food & Beverage operations
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with guests and colleagues
• Willingness to learn, rotate across departments and take on new challenges
• Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential
