Job Description

This is a funded, on-site internship including UK visa fees! The host is looking for a Food Scientist who has a keen interest in Data Engineering / AI & Innovation Engineering and who is passionate about data analysis and product development optimisation in the agri-food sector.

You will play a key role in experimental exploration, modelling, and process automation to accelerate innovation and improve the accessibility of analyses. This position is ideal for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of food technology and product development, with a particular focus on alternative meat and dairy products.

The successful candidate will work with the consultancy team to apply food science principles and statistical modelling in food processing and product development.

Requirements

You are eligible for an ESPA internship if you are a registered student or have graduated within the past two years.
