- Location: Remote
- Eligibility: Only open to students seeking an academic industry placement year

- Conduct interviews when needed and learn talent evaluation techniques

- Plan and manage events using Zoho, Backstage, and Eventbrite
- Communicate with attendees, partners, and stakeholders
- Handle event tickets, registrations, and logistics
- Support in-person networking events in London

9. Mentorship & Communications Coordinator
Location: Remote | Hybrid | International Team Collaboration
Support mentees through their mentorship journey and gain experience in communications, data tracking, and engagement.

- Check in with mentees and track their progress
- Conduct introduction calls and encourage event participation
- Manage communication via Chronus and email
- Send and track surveys to collect feedback
- Assist with data collection and reports for stakeholders
- Support in-person networking events in London
