About the Programme
This isn’t your typical graduate scheme. It’s a fast-track launchpad designed to grow future leaders. Over four dynamic rotations, you’ll gain hands on experience across core business areas in our business units within the Genuit Group.

Friday 19th December: If you are shortlisted and asked to generate a Video Submission, this email will come to you directly on or before this date.

Friday 2nd January 2026: You will have until this date to submit your video to us

Friday 16th January 2026: Your video will then be reviewed by our Talent Team and if successful, you will then be contacted to attend our Assessment Centre, of which, further details will be confirmed to you at that time!
