The J-1 Visa Internship & Trainee Program allows international hospitality and culinary talent to gain professional experience in the United States while improving English and experiencing American culture.

J-1 Internship

For current students or recent graduates (within 12 months) in hospitality, tourism, or culinary programs.

J-1 Trainee

For young professionals with a degree and 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience in the field.

Programs are full-time, typically 3, 6, or 12 months, and follow a structured training plan approved by a U.S. Department of State–designated J-1 Visa Sponsor.

Position Overview

Global Career Bridge is recruiting J-1 Interns and Trainees for partner 4- and 5-star hotels, resorts, and restaurants in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

  • Hospitality Rotational
  • Event & Banquet Operations
  • Reservations & Revenue
  • Housekeeping Supervisory

You will train across key operational departments, learn U.S. hospitality standards, and gain hands-on experience in one of the most competitive and international tourism markets.

Compensation and Benefits
