The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated HR Graduate to join our global Human Resources team. Based in our London office, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Global Markets HR Director and her team on day-to-day operational activities. After demonstrating strong performance over your first year, you will have the opportunity to take on an international assignment, gaining exposure across our worldwide network.
As an HR Graduate, you will work closely with the Global HR Director (HRD) and her team, acting as an operational partner with a hands-on, generalist role that will expose you to diverse HR functions. It is the ideal springboard for a career in international HR.
What You'll Get to Do
Support to the Global HR Director & Team
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Global HRD and her team.
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for the HRD and senior HR colleagues.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents for meetings.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of team meetings, including minute-taking and tracking of actions.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with recruitment coordination: posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate new joiner onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all new hires globally.
Learning, Development & Engagement
- Coordinate the logistics of learning and development programmes, including scheduling, communications, and vendor liaison.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing activities.
- Assist in the coordination of the annual performance review and talent review cycle, including communications, system management, and tracking completion.
Global HR Projects
- Support the delivery of global HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HRD.
We'd Love to Meet You If You Have
Essential
- Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- A genuine passion for people, HR, and organisational development.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities with care and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Openness and enthusiasm for international relocation after Year 1.
Desirable
- Previous internship or work experience in an HR environment.
- A second European or international language.
- International mobility: after 12 months in the London role, high-performing graduates will have the opportunity to take on an international assignment at one of our global offices. This mobility element is a key feature of the programme and is designed to accelerate your development as a future global HR professional.
