What is a training contract?

A two year route to qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales, counting as Qualifying Work Experience under the SQE. You'll work across four practice groups (Real Estate, Corporate Finance & Tax, Dispute Resolution, and Commercial, Employment & Pensions), completing four six month seats and gaining exposure to sector work, client opportunities, and even international secondments.

Who can apply

Open to graduates of any discipline, penultimate year law students, and final year non law students. No minimum A Level or degree classification required.

How to apply

Applications open every September and close in November, with four stages: application form, online assessment, video interview, and assessment centre (held January and February). Offers are made two years ahead of your start date, giving you time to complete any required study.
