What You Will Do

Our IT Trading teams ensure the front office teams have the tools and systems to enable trading activity. Trading IT are looking for a graduate to join the team and support a transformation programme. In this role, you will work alongside a variety of IT and business stakeholders to:

• Help define the transformation roadmap and success criteria for each stage
• As part of the Agile Office coordinate activities with IT and Business Domain leadership
• Contribute to transparent communication and change management activity across the domains
• Track and report on KPIs such as delivery velocity, cost savings, customer satisfaction, and workforce impact

What You Will Bring

We’re looking for an ambitious individual who’s on the lookout for an organisation where you can thrive and grow. To be considered, you should have:

• A degree or predicted degree in IT, Strategic Management or a related field (2:1), together with
• Three A levels (or equivalent) at grade A\* - C or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4 – 9 including Maths and English
• The right to work in the UK from the start of the Graduate Programme

You will also demonstrate:
