As we expand, we are looking for a forward-thinking, AI-literate graduate to help embed AI and automation across the company and drive efficiency in multiple departments.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a high-potential graduate interested in AI, automation, and business operations to work directly across the organisation implementing AI tools and workflows. You will help integrate AI solutions across marketing, development, support, and operations—improving efficiency and enabling the business to scale. This role will evolve over time as our AI capabilities grow.

Key Responsibilities

AI Implementation & Automation

• Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to improve efficiency across the business
• Implement AI-driven workflows for marketing, social media content, outreach, and business development
• Build internal AI processes to reduce manual operational tasks

Engineering & Development Operations

• Improve and automate development management processes
• Work with tools such as Jira to streamline engineering workflows
• Implement automation for tasks that are currently time and people intensive

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Develop automated regression testing frameworks
• Support QA teams by introducing AI-driven testing and automation

Customer Support & Scaling

• Help calibrate and optimise support engines as markets grow
• Use AI to improve customer support workflows and response quality

What We're Looking For

• A graduate in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science, or similar
• Strong understanding of AI tools, automation, and modern productivity platforms
• Interest in applying AI to real business problems
• Experience with some of the following is helpful: Python or scripting languages, AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, automation platforms), APIs and workflow automation, Jira or development workflow tools, QA testing frameworks
