Job Description

Your role at Infineon will involve creating impactful and innovative solutions, with the chance to make a significant contribution to shaping the future. This opportunity provides you the tools, trust, and challenges to grow both professionally and personally.

In your new role you will:

  • Design analog blocks used for power management ICs.
  • Perform all aspects of IC analog/mixed signal design from definition to production.
  • Utilize EDA design tools like Cadence Virtuoso Custom IC Environment.
  • Collaborate with chip lead and application engineer on block-level specifications for block level specifications.
  • Ensure attention to detail during architecture definition, circuit design, debug, and documentation.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • A strong understanding of CMOS device characteristics.
  • A solid foundation in analog and mixed signal design.
  • Experience using the complete suite of Cadence tools for mixed signal design.
  • Hands-on experience with EDA design tools and Cadence Virtuoso environment.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Keen attention to detail in all design stages.

Compensation

Wage range for a qualified candidate with a Bachelor's Degree is from a minimum of $69,040.00 to a maximum of $86,300.00 salary per year. With a Master's Degree, the range is from a minimum of $86,960.00 to a maximum of $108,700.00 salary per year. In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.

Please note that employment at Infineon is contingent upon proof of your legal right to work in the United States under applicable law, verification of satisfactory references, and successful completion of a background check and drug test. In some instances, if applicable, U.S. export control laws require that Infineon obtain a U.S. government export license prior to releasing technologies to certain persons.
