At EXL, we are looking for ambitious graduates who bring fresh thinking, curiosity, and confidence. This is not a traditional graduate program where you spend months observing. From day one, you will contribute ideas, research emerging trends, work with AI technologies and help shape how we bring innovative Data and AI solutions to market.

If you enjoy presenting ideas, asking questions, challenging conventional thinking and learning quickly, this could be the ideal opportunity.

What you'll be doing

  • Researching emerging trends across sectors, including Insurance, Retail, Consumer, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Financial Services.
  • Identifying opportunities to apply successful ideas from one industry into another.
  • Using AI tools such as Claude and other GenAI platforms to co-create new concepts, solutions, and client propositions.
  • Supporting the development of presentations, thought leadership, and client-facing materials.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies.
  • Transforming research into clear, engaging, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Helping develop innovative concepts that can be presented through internal innovation forums and idea challenges.
  • Working closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to refine and develop new ideas.
  • Contributing to projects that help shape EXL's future Data and AI offerings.

Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role
