Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Graduate Assistant Site Manager to join our Southwest & Wales region. We are working on a variety of projects across the region and have a strong pipeline ahead of us! We are looking for graduates who are flexible to travel and happy to be based at one of our projects within the Southwest and Wales region. We have projects ranging from Exeter to Carmarthen, with offices in Bristol and Cardiff.

The Role:

The Graduate Assistant Site Manager will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the co-ordination and control of the onsite construction process. You would be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom-based learning and on-the-job training.

We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.

What You'll Need:

  • A 2:1 or above in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or similar)
  • A genuine interest in the construction industry!
