The Role
To generally assist with all elements of bid and proposal writing and management (PQQ, tender and presentation stages) and other marketing and business development activity as required.
Main Duties
- Work with the team to plan, manage and complete selection questionnaires and tender submissions
- Research and write specific information to support bids
- Read and review all associated client documentation provided with the bid
- Assist with development and maintenance of bid library
- Review bid submissions for quality and accuracy
- Research and compose case studies
Essential Qualification & Skills
- Degree educated in English or another writing-based subject
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written
- Good IT skills, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- High levels of attention to detail
- Work well independently and is self-motivated
Desirable Skills
- Interest in the Construction industry
- Ability to fully engage with all levels of employees
- High levels of commitment to ensure winning submissions
Package
- Salary: £27,500
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
- Holidays: 21 days of holiday + bank holidays + birthday day off. Christmas closure.
Additional Information
- As part of the interview process you will be required to complete an aptitude test
- Nine-month probationary period
- Eligible to work in the UK
