Our excellent graduate programme and APC support aims to provide you with the best start and progression opportunities in your professional career to become a Chartered Surveyor and beyond.
As a graduate surveyor in our building consultancy team you will dive into a variety of exciting projects, playing a crucial role in assessing building quality and driving improvements of buildings.
From advising on options for repair, maintenance or restoration, our work is rooted in surveying existing buildings, many with rich histories, and ensuring their ongoing care. You'll also tackle environmental challenges and collaborate closely with our planning team, making sustainability a core part of your journey.
Our Building Surveying team is dedicated to protecting our clients' interests at every stage of their property's lifecycle. Whether it's pre-acquisition surveys, planned preventative maintenance, boosting energy efficiency, or managing dilapidation services.
We combine technical know-how with sharp judgement to help clients make confident, informed decisions. We're there every step of the way, addressing their challenges and seeing projects through to completion.
If you are ready to start your career in building surveying, our graduate programme is the perfect springboard. You'll deliver a high value, reliable service and your tenacity as a problem solver, especially when it comes to budget management, will set you apart. Honesty and integrity are at the heart of everything you do.
You could potentially be based in any of the following offices: Ashby de la Zouch or Stafford.
