We are excited to expand our Digital team by inviting ambitious graduates to apply for our Graduate Business Analyst programme within our Digital team. Our team, currently on a transformative journey, is already producing cutting-edge pensions and investment consulting applications which we would love for you to be a part of.

We aspire to modernise the pensions consulting market, hence looking to onboard proactive individuals with a keen interest in Digital Transformation. This role will involve collaborating with different areas of the business and external developers to facilitate our business objectives. This role involves building both internal and customer-facing systems advancing towards a new technical architecture.

Programme: Graduate Business Analyst – Digital

Length of Programme: You will be employed on a permanent basis but anticipate it taking 3 years to achieve the relevant professional qualification.

Qualification you’ll work towards: BCS Business Analysis Certification

Location: London or Birmingham

Entry requirements:

  • To apply for this role, you need to have completed an undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by 1 September 2025 and have achieved a 2.1 or higher. If you are in your final year of university study, we are looking for those on track to achieve this.
  • We are open to applications from those studying any subject; although due to the nature of the role subjects such as Computer science, Business, Business Management, IT, Economics or related fields will be most advantageous.

What we are looking for in Graduates in our Digital Team:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding and interest in emerging digital technologies and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritise.
  • Great interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) and influence.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (non-essential)

  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a passion for learning.
  • Detail-orientated and a proactive problem solver.
  • A great team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in identifying business needs and challenges, translating them into specific system requirements and business solutions.
  • Support senior analysts in the creation, development, and delivery of digital projects and enhancement solutions.
  • Define tests for solutions, ensuring all projects are delivered.
  • Gather, document and maintain business requirements effectively using standard methodologies and tools.
  • Translate complex concepts and information using clear, simple language to aid stakeholders' understanding.
  • Work collaboratively alongside cross-functional teams.

Training and Development:

As a graduate in our Digital Team, you will be supported throughout your endeavour of obtaining your BCS Business Analysis Certification. As well as study support and guidance from colleagues to help you on your way to becoming a qualified Analyst, you’ll benefit from:
