What you will learn?

• This is a varied, client-focused role that will involve a broad range of management consulting tasks, including: business requirement elicitation, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, automation potential assessment, Target Operating Model transition, training delivery, and change management.
• Effectively identify and define business needs and problems/issues to enable the development of solutions.
• Utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations.
• Learn to listen to business issues and articulate finer details to deliver valuable solutions.
• Build trust by being open & honest with stakeholders; act as a key influencer in strategic IT and business decisions.
• Involvement in technical configuration and system process design (no coding experience needed, though support is available for those interested in coding).
• The ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts/software technologies as required.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, such as business/functional requirements, technical/interface designs, business process models, user stories/requirements, and use case scenarios, is produced according to industry standards.
• Challenge existing practices and propose improvements.
